I have a HIV question!?

ok so i slept with this guy n found out he has aids now , i got tested 3 months( about) after sex...and was neg....i know it can take longer to show up,( have no symptoms) , is there a big chance im infected? ( fyi i believe we didnt use a condom, but the sex was short so idk!

im getting tested again tues

well we were really drunk, and some guys take longer while intoxicated ( but i know about pre ***) so well see !

More than 98% of people who have HIV would test positive within 3 months, but in very rare cases, it could take up to 6 months for someone to test positive. Get retested 6 months after your last possible exposure.

You did the right thing waiting 3 months before getting tested- the virus isn't picked up by tests before then, it usually takes between three and six months for it to be picked up. So, if you are really worried, you could go back and get tested again at the six/ seven month stage just to be 100% sure.

The length of time the sex went on for is irrelevant as to whether you have contracted it or not.

Yes you are at risk, sex short or not. Some say you should be tested again at 6 months some say you should be tested at one year since exposure. The reason for this is that most people develop detectable antibodies (+ test) within 3 months, but some take longer. So, make sure that you wear condoms with all sexual partners.

DEFINITELY get tested. HIV is not something to take lightly. There is a chance that you may have it still, get tested again and talk to your doctor to get their opinion on whether it might take longer for symptoms to show up. Good luck, and try to be more careful in those situations. Use a condom! :D

You have been asking questions about STD's for more than six months.

I suggest you keep your legs together until you go to the library and learn more than you know now.

Oh, and you could talk with your mother about sex. Even if she had Alzheimer's she would be able to tell you more than you know.

Well, most cases show up around 3 months..but definitely get tested again...some show up around 6 months. There is a chance that you are infected because you did not use a condom. I hope you're not...but get tested again. good luck

Most likely you are clear. AIDS is a virus that was started by the MERCK company that makes the bulk of vaccines. Dr. Hilleman, chief scientist in charge of vaccines did an interview that was classified, but is now available for you to see. It is very clear to anyone watching and listening to Hilleman, how the SV-40 virus created the AIDS epidemic. This is NO longer a secret and our government feeds the insanity by giving billions of dollars to people, research by the same company that created the problem, and countries like Africa, instead of going after the culprit that created this "black plague like" disaster of the 21st century, Merck.

Vaccines are promoted by people that stand to gain huge financial benefits and are claimed to have saved the world. In some cases, vaccines have helped with temporary immunity, but the bad science has caused many, many other problems that in the eyes of many are far worse than what they have helped. To vaccinate a person for over 80 different things and pollute the blood of a person to that extent is NOT good science. Building an immunity rather than tearing it down should be the direction, but when a company like Merck makes over $2 billion dollars for a single vaccine, the money is just too much to pass up, when you have to face stockholders and explain why you aren't making money.

For years, the dental guys have told you and everyone else that amalgam fillings are safe and that the over 50% liquid mercury is in a different form and does not leach out of teeth. We are also told that the mercury in vaccinations is NOT a problem either. Yet, look at all the Alzheimer's diseases we are dealing with.

Look at this video of mercury leaving an amalgam filling in a tooth that is 25 years old. Yes, AIDS is a problem you need to be very careful of, but realize that our so called "Modern Medicines" may be modern, but you need to be very vigilant about who you sleep with in regard not only to aids, but many other diseases. You can no longer believe what the medical and dental people tell you and must do your own research.

good luck to you

If he didn't come inside you there's a good chance you don't have AIDS.
