Do you think I could have gotten aids from this?

I was at a friends house a few months ago, and her older sister has HIV. I used the toilet in their house. Is it possible I could have contracted it there? I don't have any symptoms or anything, but its had me really worried.

Nope. You good homeboy.

listen you cant get aids from a toilet seat, there has to be a fluid exchange or a cut.

heres some websites:

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/hiv-aid...

NO!
But you CAN get aids if you were to get a cut and then her blood got onto the wound. Or if you are into sharing needles(which im sure you're not) then you would have gotten it. There is nothing to worry about.

HIV/AIDS can transmitted by:

- sexual intercourse without a condom
- blood transfusion

HIV/AIDS CANNOT be transmitted by:

-kissing
-sneezing
-coughing
-touching
-hugging
-sharing anything (except for blood)

No. HIV is not transmitted by casual contact, and once outside the body, exposed to air, it only lives for a few minutes. You are not at risk.

No the virus can't live outside the human body. Not from saliva, sweat, tears, or anything that has been on a toilet for even a couple seconds.

1) NO!!!!!!!! i am so sad that in 2009 people still believe in myths that were debunked 20 years ago.
2) Bono is pathedic, misinformed, and worthless.

Have a good weekend. And give your friend's sis a hug for me.

I am 100% sure you do not have it. You have a greater risk of getting it from the sex you had with that boy (that didnt use a condom)

hell yeah bob!!!! your screwed now. by the way who takes a dump on a possible aids infected toilet. slick to say the least bob

No unless you had sex with her sister or drank her blood or let her lick an open cut on you.. you are fine. Just think about all the people who use public toilets. If it could spread that way we would all have it

no. the virus can't live unless it has a host. chances are it wasn't living on the toilet whe you sat there cause their was no host.

relax dear u r far away from that unless u had unprotected sex with that girl or while kissing gave her a bit which caused bleeding .

sharing toilets , room etc CANNOT effect you .

No,HIV/AIDS is spread through vaginal/oral sexual contacts or needles. and blood.

No you don't have HIV

Short answer: No

Long Answer: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

hmm, did u slit your but cheeks when you sat down? and was there already blood there?

you dont have aids

nope... aids is received through sexual contact...

or by open wounds...

that's preety scary though =/
