Hi Im Danny. These past few days i have been very paranoid and freaked out into whether i have HIV or not. I can't stop thinking about it that i feel like Im going to be crazy anytime soon.

I performed oral sex on a stranger( i was so stupid!) and after SEVEN DAYS, i had diarrhea that lasted for two days(only excreted twice but had wet feces). Right after that I have been experiencing strange feelings in my stomach such as grumbling and moving (bowel movements) and uncomfortable feeling. In fact, i can't stop releasing extra air and i easily feel full . Just last night, i couldnt sleep because i feel bloated. I dont know whether feel like burping a lot of air out or i want to barf. I forced my self to barf because i thought it could get rid of that weird feeling; but, unfortunately, very minimal vomit came out.
I can't stop thinking about the feeling inside my stomach. In fact, im not even sure if the movements are still occurring or if they are just my hallucinations.

I really want to know if i had diarrhea because of the HIV or because of some other coincidential reason. What are the probabilities of being caused by HIV? Does is it really take that fast to receive a Diarrhea due to a recent oral sex? PLEASE HELP ME...ur advices and comments will mean a lot.

by the way, im only 16 years old and have 2 small sores in my mouth when i performed oral sex. I am not really sexually active, and only had sex thrice in one year (all were oral).

Also, is it true that the diarrhea and weird feeling of the stomach can be due to stress? just last week i had my exams and i was stressed and the same time very worried if i got an HIV or not. If its true, i hope my stomach problems are just results to my mental and emotional stress and not because of that HIV...

lastly, i didn't swallow the sperm...but i think had a sore in my mouth at that time

Hi Danny, please go to see your doctor. I'm not telling you this because I suspect that you may have HIV but because you will drive yourself mad worrying about it. I went through this when I was younger because I had shingles and when I looked at the causes of shingles one of them was being infected with HIV. I eventually plucked up the courage to ask my GP for a test which he did and it came back negative. I had to wait 4 weeks for the results but at least I had peace of mind.

There's no point in making yourself ill. More than probably, you are making the diarrhoea worse because you're worrying about it. You have diarrhoea so you worry about it which then makes your stomach feel all funny and then you feel like you need to run back to the toilet.

I'm not saying that it's all in your mind but the more you think of something, the more real it can seem. As you said, you just had your exams so it could be from that. If you've been stressed out your body could just be run down and this is how it's presenting itself. You mentioned that you had two small sores which could have been mouth ulcers and you normally get them when you're immune system is down i.e. lack of sleep, lack of vitamins etc.

So Danny, please stop worrying but if you can't go and see a sympathetic GP and whatever you do, please don't google your symptoms or you will go mad.
