HIV/AIDs???????????????

well lets say 2 guys are having unprotected anal(butt) sex...no condoms
and they knw both of them are clean and that was ther first time...

is it possible for them to catch HIV, STDs, AIDs when both of them are negative?

if so how long will the symptoms show?

If both guys are negative they can not get HIV/AIDS. People who have HIV and do not test can go 10-12 years before there are any signs.

Absolutely not. Especially if like you say they are 100% sure they do not have any Sexually Transmitted Diseases/Infections, and they are both virgins. Also, a disease or infection cannot be created if one is not there to begin with.

However, with that being said - I'm going to get on my soapbox for a moment and say: PRACTICE SAFE SEX!

If neither of you are having sex with other people then you have nothing to worry about. Your risk goes up with adding more sex partners .So if it is just you and him then enjoy it all you want. When other people get involved you need condoms

HIV is the virus that causes AIDs. HIV is an STD.

If neither partner has an STD, then neither partner can give or recieve.

It's the same as saying both Tom and Dave do not have apples. Can Tom or Dave get an apple from each other?
