Stress, Anxiety, or STD...What is it?

I am a male. I'm 18 and I have been having some weird things happen to me lately:

I am sexually active. I have only had TWO sexual partners in the past five months. With one of the partners the condom broke and he didn't ejaculate in me. I do not have multiple partners and when I do have sex I try to always use condoms.

With the second partner (3 months later) all I did was perform oral sex on him and that was all. I didn't take in any ejaculate there. I am actually very safe and I do use condoms when I have anal. But the second time I didn't have sex, just oral sex.

These two separate occasions were the only times I had ever had sex in my life.

But over the past few months I have just been having this anxiety lately that maybe I could have caught a STD of some sort. I was feeling at little tired but that went away, I had been staying up at night worrying. I have had a decreased appetite and have been LOOSING WEIGHT. I don't feel the need to eat because I am too worried. I haven't been having night sweats or anything like that. I have a tonsil stone in the back of my mouth. And that made my anxiety worse. WHEN I LOOKED UP THE SYMPTOMS ONLINE....That just made me feel like I was really dying with AIDS or something.

What should I do? Please don't judge me, I am looking for real answers only. Do you think I could have Syphilis, HIV/AIDS, or something like that? What all do you think? (advice)

Anxiety and stress. I highly doubt you have any STD's. Go get checked at a clinic if your stressing that much (and please try to stop, stress causes more deaths than STD's :) Also, use more lube so that the condoms don't break!

Actually,your okay...a friend of mines is taking antibiotics for a std that she has! maby you should go get tested first? and if something is wrong they will give you antibiotics and it will go away!
