Self harming Karma ?!?! help ?!?

From when i was about 12 and a half (3 years ago, ish) up until about 6 months ago i used to self harm pretty bad.obviously i dont want to write down my personal life on here for everyone to see, but about a year ago, me and my friend somehow used the same blade ( :S ) and it never bothered me up until now, but today i was watching this thing on HIV and it said, by using the same blade, (shaving or what ever ), you could get HIV, so i was just wondering, what are the chances i'm HIV, what are the symptoms Etc?
Please help im getting paranoid about it !!
Should i tell anyone?

The only way to know for sure is to get an HIV test (which is near 100% accurate since it has been more than 6 months since you engaged in risky activity). Go to planned parenthood or some other STD testing place and you don't have to tell them why you think you might have it.

But honesty, the chances are extremely low. Do you still talk to your friend? Has she shown any of the symptoms?

It's a one in five hundred chance. That's pretty remote.
But if it still worries you, get your blood tested for HIV.

The only thing I can say is, go find a free test clinic. There are no real symptoms to look for.
