What is wrong with me? please help!?

For the past few months i have been having these symptoms and im so scared as im only 18!
-pain in arms, legs, neck, wrists and ankles
-headaches
-stomach problems
-pains behind eyes
-muscle spasms/twitches
-constant waking up in the middle of the night
-painful and clicking jaw
-fatigue
-frequent urination
-muscle cramps

What could be causing these?
Ive got really high anxiety and constantly check symptoms on the internet. Over the past couple of months i have convinced myself ive got HIV, MS, ALS, Amyloidosis and cancer!!
What is wrong with me?
please help i have recently been told by the doc that ive got a low b12 of 203 which they are investigating further.
When my mum was a teen she suffered badly from gastritis could this cause a b12 deficiency? and could it simply be the b12 deficiency coupled with anxiety that is causing these symptoms and not one of the serious illnesses that i keep thinking ive got?

I have been to the docs so many times and am currently seeing a counsellor who reckons i have GAD. Am i making it worse by constantly checking my symptoms on the internet?

Geez thats quite a few symptoms there ... hm there could be a number of things. i have anxiety as well and when i get pains and symptoms i go all out and research and usually make myself worse!! unfortunately i have found a number of things have many if not all of those symptoms, and its impossible to determine what is wrong with you without doing proper tests. Could be just malnutrition, could be worse.

Either way, please dont avoid seeing your doctor. With all these symptoms, write them down and the tell your doctor. they may very well advise you to take several tests. Get a STD test done if you have had sex unprotected or shared needles or anything simular and if you are worried about it.

Your doctor will most likely ask you to get a blood test done and a urine test to match that. If anything shows up in any of those 3 things you'll be well on your way to fixing the problem.

Now, keep your chin up and as hard as it is try not to stress. blood tests usually come in after no more than 2 weeks. Pray for some good news when your doctor calls you, or you see them next.

Good luck
~Kal

PS - i have pretty much all of those symptoms all the time and i am diabetic. It doesnt mean you have this, or anything for that matter, its just something to keep in mind that without several tests you wont know what actually is wrong just by asking

I'm not much of a doctor but if you do a lot of exercise or just anything that strains your muscles a lot then that could be a reason for the pains and cramps. However the rest I'm not sure, I strongly advise seeing your GP/doctor to check it out.

OMGZ YOU'RE DYING LOLZ SUCKS 4 YOU.

Part of your problem is your worrying to much. Your on the 'Net" searching for something that's not there, something you want to give a name to that you have.

Most people are low on B-12 due to there eating habits. There's really nothing to "investigate" here, start with a regular diet and you should be O.K.

Give your body a break and start by telling yourself your O.K. If your anxiety level is this high maybe it's something the doctor may look into and treat you for this.

you r not a dr do not check the symptoms on internet

with all the symptoms mentioned is likely that you can be of any illness...a professional advise n through check up is recommended. Please go visit a specialist for professional advise.
However , your personnal lifestyle could be the question taking from referrence from the illness u suspect urself for having.
Sometimes its in the mind, ...try living a health routine lifestyle for period of time and see if symptons persists.
Other benefits of doubts could be u r under too much stress..

always think more positive :)

step away from your computer. you can think yourself into illness. i bet if you get your anxiety treated, the other
symptoms will go away.

another thought: you may have growing pains, literally.

Wow a lot of problems, I think you have been going to to many web sites on health etc., in the end you are convincing yourself you have the symptoms. I think you have summed it up in your last paragraph what the problem is.Relax, you are only 18, and shouldn't be so concerned with all this, Be well!!
