Tatoo and /or body piercing ?

Are you aware of the risks involved ? Hepititis C is called "the silent epidemic" Millions of people who have invested in tatoos and body piercings are not aware that they have contracted Hep C until years later. They are not aware because they have had no symptoms. There is also a high risk of contracting HIV.
Do your research, don't just take my word for it . Is it really worth the risk ?

I agree with you. I'd also add taht your body is a temple and you defile it by piercings and tatoos. Ask yourself this question if you are thinking about either: Do you consider your body a temple or a tent?

Ummmm yeah this is why you consider the parlor your going to. If they keep the place sterile and throw away used needles then they can't give you something. millions of people get tattoos and come out fine in the end. Most of the Hep C cases are from the Vietnam generation. Carefully pick your parlor and the artist and everything should be fine.

Yes, it is worth it. Just don't go to any hole in the wall dumpy dirty place to get work done. Like you said, do your research, or just go to a reputable place that a close friend recommends. If you live in MI; don't ever get ink from Gibraltar Trade Center or Ink Slingers.
D-I-R-T-Y and needle sharers.

As long as you go to a well established shop, where they show you that the needles are sterilized and they are checked out by the health department - you should not have to worry about Hep C or aids. They should be a sterile environment and if you don't check that out before you get inked, then it's your fault.

Yes.

The Shop I get my Tats at , I know the owner , an He does my Tats , the shop is Clean , everything is sealed in Plastic till it is used On you an only you.
Just dont go to some POS tat shop, thats Dirty.. thats where all that nasty crap comes into play.

i think most people in this day and age would ask about the needles etc. being used before just jumping into the chair and saying do your stuff. really its common sense!

Go back to Church

all the times i went to get a piercing, the needle was opened infront of me, the shop was super clean. Treat it like a place where your going to eat. I have 12 and they are all great. I know the man who did them and the shop has been established for many years.
