I know I'm boring?

But I'm interested in 2 things,and I have 2 questions:

1.on hiv.com i saw that when experiencing primary symptoms some people experience white spots or unusual blemishes on the tongue, in the mouth or in the throat,if the person has those stuff in mouth when kissing can he/she infect other person?
2.and other question is.....when kissing and other person has bleeding...how much is the risky that?
3.how much is risky kissing anyways?

Kissing someone who has anything wrong with their mouth could give you trench mouth.
But, kissing someone with full blown Aids won't, even if there is a presence of blood in their mouth, but if there is and you know it, don't kiss them to be on the safe side.
HIV/Aids is blood to blood transmitted. You too would have to have an open bleeding wound in your mouth to contract the virus. Hepatitis C is more likely, again blood to blood.
HIV/Aids virus dies in contact with air, where Hep C doesn't, it last for days and even bleach doesn't kill it on contact, nor alcohol.
The amino acids in your mouth, throat, stomach kill HIV/Aids on contact as well. Also, you would have to drink about 10 gallons of saliva loaded with infected blood before you might contact the HIV virus. If you've kissed someone with open sores or bleeding in their mouth and are uneasy, be tested at you local free clinic. If you don't know where one is, check with your local health advocacy.

if u are even questioning this, you need to speak to a professional about this

the kissing itself...no prob.
The spots only if they are open sores
bleeding?...don't even touch it with a stick.
