Another question on AIDS?

i don't know much about it, but i just wanted to know if very strong, sudden and unexpected pains anywhere in your body might be one of the sympoms of AIDS.
i know that HIV hardly ever show symptoms, but after u already at the stage where u have AIDS, i was wandering if it's possible you get that

There are no symptoms of HIV/AIDS. HIV/AIDS lowers your immune system so you would be sick more often. You would catch colds more easily and they would turn into more severe illnesses like pnemonia. AIDS doesn't hurt but it would make you more susceptable to illnesses that might cause pain.

You would find aids I think because of its attack on your immune system, you would come down with pneumocystis, or some kind of somthing that would clue your doc into doing a blood test and it would be found then.

They can be. Look up Richard Schultz.

AIDS makes your immune system really weak so a comman cold could kill you

There are symptoms, like weight lost, getting sick more often, fatigue, I don't believe and sudden pain is a symptom ,

If you are HIV pos you should see s Dr. regularly. Being that it attacks your immune system anything can happen, and every one is different. My brother has lived with HIV for 15 years and is doing good, but I have known people who have become HIV pos and died within a year. You have to get a Dr. call a AIDS hot-line they can help with questions and may be able to find a Dr. in your area (well who ever)

AIDS is a diagnosis, which is result of being exposed to HIV. It is when a person CD4 鈥榮 drop below 200 or percent drops below 14% or they have had an opportunistic infection then it is determine that person has an AIDS diagnosis That person can begin treatment/ therapy and in a very short amount of time their CD4 count can rise above 200, returning to its normal range.
You asked, 鈥滻f very strong, sudden and unexpected pains anywhere in your body might be one of the symptoms of AIDS.鈥?
There are several stages of HIV disease.
The first symptom of HIV disease is often swollen lymph glands in the throat, armpit, or groin.
Other early symptoms include slight fever, headaches, fatigue, muscle aches, and swollen glands. They may only last for a few weeks. Then there are usually no symptoms for many years.
What are the later symptoms of HIV disease?

severe or recurring vaginal yeast infections
chronic pelvic inflammatory disease or severe and frequent infections like herpes zoster
periods of extreme and unexplained fatigue that may be combined with headaches, lightheadedness, and/or dizziness rapid loss of more than 10 pounds of weight that is not due to increased physical exercise or dieting
bruising more easily than normal long-lasting bouts of diarrhea recurring fevers and/or night sweats swelling or hardening of glands located in the throat, armpit, or groin periods of continued, deep, dry coughing increasing shortness of breath the appearance of discolored or purplish growths on the skin or inside the mouth unexplained bleeding from growths on the skin, from mucous membranes, or from any opening in the body recurring or unusual skin rashes severe numbness or pain in the hands or feet, the loss of muscle control and reflex, paralysis, or loss of muscular strength an altered state of consciousness, personality change, or mental deterioration
