Rash on face?

okay a couple of weeks ago i got a rash on my face for like not even half a day. that day i had taken vitamins A to Zinc for the first time. would the Niacin in the vitamins cause the rash on my face? but also i had unprotected sex a few weeks before and i heard rash on face is symptom of ARS symptoms when you get HIV. do you think if it was HIV i would only have the rash for a half a day? plz help

no i think it is only a allergic reaction but since you had unportected sex i would recommend you to go to the doctor and get it checked out but i am 98.1% sure that it is only an allergic reaction
