I have unexplained nausea, and in the past week or 2, I have thrown up 3 times total. What is going on?

I am 19 years old. I have done competition dance choreography for the last 10 years. However, I took a year off this past year. So it would have been 11 years. I have gained some weight since I haven't been dancing and I have lost all discipline on how to eat right. I know that these things can cause a factor in nausea at times but I have only been nauseated for 2 weeks. Also, I have daily occurring headaches and I suffer from BAD allergies.

My question is.....is this from lack of exercise or something more severe?

I am on the Nuvaring for birth control to regulate my periods although I am not sexually active and I have never had sex.

I am also a hypochondriac and I suffer from a phobia of HIV.

Like I said, I am a virgin. I do not use IV drugs, and my parents are also healthy. So should I worry about these symptoms being caused by HIV?? I don't recall anyone pricking me with a contaminated needle but I have the worst phobia of HIV ever. Could someone please help?

First of all, you don't have HIV. AIDS is when you feel the symptoms. You've no risk factors at all for having contracted the disease.
The headaches are probably from the allergies. I have them and it's horrible at times, causing nausea as well. Eating crackers or toast helps my tummy.
Not sure where you live, I'm in PA. It's been mad hot around here, except for the past couple days. The heat index has been over 100*(except past two days) for a while now. It could be a result of the heat, if the weather there is like it is here.
Maybe just going to a doctor and getting checked out would be a good idea. Just to be sure.
Oh, and good for you on being a virgin. It's not that common among girls your age any longer, which is sad.
Oh, and catching HIV is not as easy as some people think it is. You can only get it through unprotected sex with someone infected, received an infected blood tranfusion(all donated blood is checked nowadays), sharing needles with an infected person, and the rare instance of getting infected blood in an open wound.
Good luck.

It could be an allergic reation to the drugs. It's best to go see your doctor and discuss this development.

Get treatment for your hypochondria. It's not normal and it's probably causing you unnecessary worry.
