Does STD have painful pins sensation?

hi i need to know whether the HIV/STD symptom does it start with a Painful pin pricks sensation ?
Is this a possible STD or HIV symptom.

Get yourself to the doc`s mate. If you feel like your peeing razor blades its definitely an std. HIV Early on does not give those sort of symptoms

hi, i'm bolo, my knowledge is that it may start with a Painful pin pricks, but the most common conditions are herpes and gonorrhea. HIV can never be predicted how it starts.
