Can i get hiv from recieving oral sex?

1 wk ago I went to a massage parlor and the lady put a condom on me but when it was inserted on her, I limped and not getting hard so she took it off and gave me oral sex. I feel so tired and sleepy at night and I feel kinda thirsty and dry lips and mouth for the first 4 days, could it be a symptom that I have hiv or im just being paranoid thinking that I might have one? I was taking ciprofluxacin for 7 days in between the oral sex had happened? Could it be just the medication, I just finished my medication 3 days ago. Help me out pls!

Yes, it is possible for either partner to become infected with HIV through performing or receiving oral sex. There have been a few cases of HIV transmission from performing oral sex on a person infected with HIV. While no one knows exactly what the degree of risk is, evidence suggests that the risk is less than that of unprotected anal or vaginal sex.

If the person performing oral sex has HIV, blood from their mouth may enter the body of the person receiving oral sex through

the lining of the urethra (the opening at the tip of the penis);
the lining of the vagina or cervix;
the lining of the anus; or
directly into the body through small cuts or open sores.
If the person receiving oral sex has HIV, their blood, semen (***), pre-seminal fluid (pre-***), or vaginal fluid may contain the virus. Cells lining the mouth of the person performing oral sex may allow HIV to enter their body.

The risk of HIV transmission increases

if the person performing oral sex has cuts or sores around or in their mouth or throat;
if the person receiving oral sex ejaculates in the mouth of the person performing oral sex; or
if the person receiving oral sex has another sexually transmitted disease (STD).

Its the medication. But be careful, fluid contact can transmit HIV. Why take the risk?

Why did the lady from the massage parlor put a condom on you?

What are you DESPERATE????

She's a SCANK if she has sex with her clients. THAT'S NASTY!

She should Lose her license!

Oral sex is not highly infectious because the saliva tends to kill the virus. It is too early and no symptoms occur in early HIV infections.

it is possible if you had an open wound.cause the virus can spread from one wound to another open wound.i think you should get tested immediately

Wait, she put a condom on but than it was inserted in her. You became lame now your feeling thirsty and have dry lips and mouth. Dumby, it sounds exactly like she convinced you to put your lips in her while you sucked on a condom.

As far as finishing the medication, you will never be finished, so keep taking it, once on lithium, always on it.

if you are worried about hiv mayb you should go and get tested to put your mind at ease... hiv or aids is normally contract from blood to blood contact... oral sex would mean that the giver would have had a wound in or around her mouth and you would have similar on your penis.. remeber blood is in semen content... go get a test
