good luck on that. some people dont get any symptoms at all and others get flu like symptoms. your best bet is to go to the clinic and ask them to run some std tests and this includes hiv/aids test. dont go by someones word, go to the doctor. also, sometimes this stuff doesnt show up for atleast 6 months to a year. So get tested every 6 months.

Symnptoms are never reliable way to indicate. Best way is to go and get tested.

Flu like symptoms, always tired,and sometimes a white rash that covers the tongue (like thrush). Lots of night sweats, too.

There are no outward, easily visible symptoms specific to HIV. The only way to know if you have HIV is through a test (blood or otherwise) which specifically tests for HIV.

There have been reports of severe flu-like symptoms shortly after seroconversion (that is, contracting HIV) but those symptoms can not be relied upon for a diagnosis. Chances are, if you have flu-like symptoms, you have the flu.

Not every flu is an AIDS!!
They are several types of presentation of HIV\AIDS (also the flu, fever,astenia, etc..), and numerous cases are asymptomatic. Then, if you have a doubt (contact with infected persons of their fluid), it's better testing for HIV/AIDS.
PS remember that there is a window period (1 to 6 months) in which the blood testing gives negative result also in serum-positive.
