Hiv lifestyle?

I keep readinghow HAART keeps CD4 cells normal and HIV almost undetectable. So it it possible to live 20,30, 40+ years with HIV living without any symptoms?

There are people who have had it for 20+ years and don't have symptoms but I haven't heard of any that were 40 or more.
