Sounds like you have a guilty conscience and are worrying.

I agree with the other reader. It sounds more like arthriits, or Heberden's syndrome, or strain, or maybe tendonitis.

But it IS possible to have peripheral neuropathy due to HIV. Infectious forms of arthritis due to a variety of micro-organisms may be more common in HIV+ persons, so testing for HIV and a visit to a rheumatologist is best.

Now, bite the bullet -- get off your a$$ and go and see your doctor.

Don't know about HIV but arthiritis would be my 1st thought.
