Dry flaky skin....red and splotchy.....is this HIV????

I am 19 years old I am a hypochondriac and I suffer from OCD and a phobia of HIV.

I have ONE red, splotchy, flaky, dry hand and the other is perfectly normal. Is this a symptom of HIV???

I am a virgin saving myself for marriage. I am NOT an IV drug user. And my parents are completely healthy.

I am not at risk for HIV as far as I know unless I got it from kissing someone, someone put HIV in my food or something insane and unlikely like that.

There has been a recent weather change here. It is Texas so it is either cold, warm, hot, or chilly outside but it is never consistent. So maybe that is drying my skin out.

However, I am also addicted to Purel Sanitizing wipes and I use them frequently and I also use Germ-X like there is no tomorrow.

I also, used an Antimicrobial soap at the dr today and I have heard that those soaps are really concentrated.

Anyways, I put lotion on and it decreased alot of redness.

Is this a symptom of HIV???

Please help me out!

I am scared!

thats why u are virgin and u will always be cuz i dont think theres someone out there willing to marry an hiv paranoic like u bitc.h

OMG ... its winter, dry skin happens to a lot of people. Calm down!

Being addicted to purel sanitizing wipes won't help. It probably gave you a rash on your hand from excessive use due to the medical ingredients in it.

well you have a phoebia probably why your scared but i highly doubt it you cant get it from kissing

This question is a big pile of WTF...HIV? You're a virgin with no possible way of getting it and you think dry/red skin is HIV? Jesus H. Christ.

It's just the change in weather.
