Is this IBS ,pinched nerve, gastritis or HIV symptom?

Been having :

diarrhea after a heavy meal, gassy stomach after that
painful pins and needles/shooting pain all over the body
small rashes circle in shape very small on the palm of my hands

any idea what diesease is related to this ????

I'm not saying this simply because i'm studying to become a doctor, but because i believe in it myself. Self-diagnosis can be very dangerous. While the internet is a very useful tool it can never come to replace doctors and investigations.

First of all, why do you consider HIV a possibility? If you're HIV positive remember that your immunity is compromised and that you are at risk of potential infections. Make sure you get regular check-ups and consult the doctor when there are any changes. If you're simply fearing the possibility of HIV, i recommend you do the test. First of all you'll put your mind at rest, and i'm sure thats more than enough advantage to it! If your test turns out negative you can also get some advice on better sexual protection. If God forbid, your test turns out positive, you can start medication immediately and take better care of yourself, as well as warning your current partner who is entitled to know. Test are anonymous and done in utmost privacy.

Coming to the gastrointestinal problem; is the diarrhoea ever bloody or accompanied by mucus? Is it large in volume and difficult to flush? It sounds like a malabsorption problem such as Coeliac Disease or Crohn's which would also explain the palmar rash. However this is all supposition since i have not seen you or had an adequate history. If, for instance, you are a heavy drinker, this can be related to that.

I firmly suggest a visit to the doctor to put your mind at rest. Anxiety could be contributing to your condition. Best of Luck, your health is the most precious thing you have, take care of it :)

Actually, sounds kind of like celiac. What happens after the rash? Do you get little bumps?

You can look up celiac intolerance, celiac sprue, dermitits hermiformosa (sp?) ... they are all the same thing.

Check out this website. I found it very useful for a similar problem.
