You usually lose quite a bit of weight........people usually do notice a weight loss, but they may not realize it is from HIV alone unless you start to have symptoms showing, such as the sores, the change in skin color, the respiratory problems........ Weight loss doesn't happen to all people with HIV and it's definitely not something you can use to diagnose yourself or anybody else with it. If you think you may have been at risk for contracting HIV, you should get tested. |
