What are the symptoms to presume that a patient has been infected by HIV?

Her Hemoglobin level in her blood suddenly comes down, she starts to loose her hair

There are no symptoms which tell anyone that he has been infected by HIV. That's the one of the causea why HIV is so dangerous. You don't notice it and no one see from outside if some one is infected or not. Therefore using condoms should be a common thing !

When a hemoglobin level suddenly came down it could be a sign of a heavier bleeding. A hidden and slow bleeding wouldn't affect the level of hemoglobin for a longer time. Or this is a result of a hematolysis. Or an intoxication, that would explain the loss of her hair.

HIV doesn't make these described symptoms. Even a leukemia doesn't do it.

I would suggest making some blood testing to see the real reason for this. Everything else would be just a speculation.

You cant presume anything by symptoms.

There is a pretty good site about HIV down below. Actually I believe those symptoms are of a type of anemia or cancer such as leukemia.

AIDS paitents usually have really low CD4 cell blood levels, i belive its less than 200 per...something. Check the stie below.

With HIV there are rarely any symptoms. Unlike AIDS.
Symptoms with HIV could range from a cold, warts, pneumonia, swollen lymph nodes (usually 1" under your jaw bone) , etc. are often symptoms of a damaged immune system...which is what HIV does. If your concerned your doctor can administer a simple blood test. Best of luck!

Those are not regular symptoms for HIV
