One of the most common symptom of stds, excluding hiv/aids, is a burning sensation while urinating. It's not a mild pain; it's a strong burning: you know something's not right. HIV/AIDS has no "symptoms" per se. Initial infection may produce cold/flu like symptoms. Some people experience them and don't think anything of it: they have a cold or flu. Some people don't experience anything. The only way doctors can determine hiv status is by the presence of antibodies in the blood determined through a blood test. Any "symptom" you may be experienceing in no way can be used to determine whether or not you have hiv. The only other way people find out they have hiv/aids is if they develop an Opportunistic Infection. These infections are very common and in a healthy person pose no threat. However, as a person's immune system becomes more and more compromised these relatively harmless infections become far more serious and some are lethal. So for some people, it's not until they are hospitalized for some illness that they are not too sure of (all they no is that they are sick) that they discover that they are hiv+.

There are many different symptoms for all of the diseases that you have listed. But basically if you are tired, cant eat, are losing weight, it would be a good idea to go and get tested. You could have some of these disease and have no signs and symptoms.
