What are the most common early symptoms of HIV? Thanks? |
I would prefer if someone with experience, or someone who knows someone with it, answers. Thank you. The first symptoms of HIV infection can resemble symptoms of common cold or flu viruses. The symptoms of early infection can also be similar to the symptoms of other sexually transmitted diseases and other infections such as "mono" or hepatitis, which are much more commonly and more easily transmitted. Stress and anxiety can also produce symptoms in some people, even though they do not have HIV. what i hav eread and understood from the magazines,in hiv infection the immune system that is the system of fighting with the diseases is attacked by the hiv virus. if you have an infection it will take take very lomger to cure or does not cure at all. if you see the symptions like this you can suspect hiv . HIV is asymptomatic, you can only tell if you take an HIV test. AIDs has many symptoms - mostly the person becomes really sick with the most minor infection. There is a special Cancer that is common in AIDs patients but rare otherwise Karposi's Sarcoma HIV is one of those complex viruses that doesn't have a clear answer for it. But, several weeks or months after exposure to HIV, a person may experience a slight fever, fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, muscle aches, and mild diarrhea. The worst part is there may not be any symptoms on contracting HIV. Early symptoms can be misleading, most of the symptoms are like those of signs of pregnancy,Malaria or cold. When u contract HIV you have no symptoms. Symptoms usually appear when you have AIDS. When your T4 cells are below 200. A normal healthy person have about 800-1000 T4 cells. These cells help fight infection. I don't have it but from what I know, when the virus attacks it actually hits a person quite hard. Generally, about a few days to a week or so after someone has been infected they suffer body aches, muscle soreness, headache, and a fever. Like the flu but without any nasal problems. Flu like symptoms (like almost every other systemic disease) Chills, aches, fevers and night sweats. They would surface early and then go away, possibly dismissed as a cold or the flu. If there is any chance you may be positive, get tested. Coldsweats... a whittish coating on your tongue... aching in your bones.... loss of appetite... |
