One of the symptoms of hiv is having sores. are pimples considered sores? |
pimples often occur at others areas besides face, such as the body and sometimes the groin area, are they pimples or sores? That depends, do you have pimples? you think you have aids? no It could be a ingrown hair, if you are really worried just get an AIDS test. You can't second guess if you have HIV just on maybes, get the test and be sure. Take care. I don't want 2 think about ur sores or pimples no. not sores lesions. you would have allot of diarrhea and weight loss and a constant cough. almost like the flu. get checked to be sure. but just for your info i have yet to have a patient who is HIV+ with allot of acne. most of there skin is very dry. Im not sure, but if u r unsure about your status, you should get tested. Its scary but the sooner you get it over with the better! Unless you were with someone who has HIV, I wouldn't think the pimples should be considered sores. However, are you sure they are pimples? If you think they are pimples then they probably are. If your are not sure, just go to a nearby Planned Parenthood type of place. Look in the phone book and you will find what I'm taking about. Many places don't charge anything and can give you various STD test for FREE. You can be tested for AIDS and get results in little as 20 min. Also, they give out FREE condoms. Good Luck! the lesions and sores you are talking about is called kaposis sarcoma which is basically a cancer that shows up in aids patients around end stage of their illness...i highly doubt you have this because you would have other issues going on with you other than lesions and probably too weak to even type a question on yahoo answers..im sure it could be just acne or an ingrown hair..if anything go see your doctor for your own piece of mind and pimples are not considered sores...good luck and take care |
