Yeah...Ummm....I would go to your local health care agency just to get the necessary testing done to determine your HIV status and to make sure you also have not contracted any STD's It could be just an irritation - but I would be on the safe side and run to my doctor! It could be genital warts, herpes or a number of other things. Always best to be safe then sorry! Genital Herpes maybe? I just watched "House" last night and the kid on there had herpes.
