No. The virus replication and all takes longer...like 4-6 weeks. If you think you may have HIV, go get tested now. If you are negative, great. If not, you already had it, and viruses are different in virulence and they need to take this into consideration with treatment. no - it is most likely in your mind. the virus needs time to reproduce and infect your t-cells. Testing should be done 4-6 weeks after exposure.

I don't think you would get them that early but it is hard to say. Usually many people have no symptoms when first infected but signs of an infection mimic other things like a cold or mono: These symptoms include:

Rash
Sore Throat
Swollen Glands

The answer is it is unlikely. However, nothing in clinical medicine is 100%.

Usually there are no noticeable or specific symptoms of HIV infection for many many years.
However, around the 2-4 week mark (sometimes longer/shorter) after exposure and infection, some people experience "acute retroviral syndrome" .....some of the symptoms below may be present, or NONE of the symptoms may be present. [these symptoms point to MANY illnesses, not just HIV]
