HIV symptoms?! Or cold!? |
I had a low risk exposure about 6 weeks ago. I am now experiencing a weird throat problem. It is not very soar, maybe minor. I feel very congested. I also have a cough. I have no rash, feel energetic, lymph nodes are normal to minimal inflation. Feels like I have flem that is hard to get up. Is this Acute HIV/turning into Acute HIV or sound like something allot like a regular cold that everyone has around me. also note that I took a test at 4 weeks, came back negative. No fever is present either I went through a very similar scare recently and had tons of HIV related symptoms. I was too scared to go to the doctor for a test as I knew it would come back positive. Graet question go get a blood test and maybe someothers immediately and if hiv take the pills if not ur very lucky! keep in mind it can lie dormant and reoccur some other time, it is a very good hider! it probably is just a normal cold. you should just go and get tested anyway just to make sure though. it is possable that it could be your bodies early immune response to HIV infection--but again, it is much more likely that it is just a cold. chances are more likely that its just a cold, especially if you are around people who have similar symptoms. |
