I bought a comforter that had two neddles in it. think i need a lawer?

One neddle look like it had blood on it when we cut it out of the comforter. and i got stuck by both of them. i am going though test now to see if i have HIV and other things. think i need a lawer?

Take the needles out, throw it on the bed and go to sleep....forget about suing, sheesh!

why? wait and see if the test is positive first. Also rust and blood look very similar so don't freak out until you know. Then if you are positive you might consider what to do then.

It takes 6 months for HIV to show up on a test. Also, I don't think you can get HIV from old dried blood. You might want to check on that before you file suit...
