Am I in the clear??

I had an incident where I was at risk for STD. A month and a half later I did a complete check up for STD and HIV. I was negative. At the 2 months period I did another HIV test and it was negative. Couple days ago (which would be 3 months) I went and got test again for HIV and it was negative. During those 3 months I was under alot of stress and anxiety. Around the 2nd month I had chest pains, muscle twitches and coughs. I still have the chest pain and muscle twitches but not as often. I still have the cough too also not as bad. Can stress and anxiety cause these? Am I in the clear or should I still be worry?

You can not have HIV.
Stress can cause these symptoms. However I think you should go and see a doctor anyway because you are very focused on HIV. But it could be something else in fact.
When you see a doctor your symptoms might also disappear because you will probably find that there is nothing wrong with you and your pains caused by stress will in that case disappear psychologically.

You're HIV-negative. With that many tests over the time frame you described, you're negative. Whatever else you may have that's causing the cough and chest pain aren't related to HIV.
