Multiple Sclerosis Symptoms...?

Since may of last year, I've been having strange symptoms. But I just keep getting more symptoms. I get abdominal cramps, electric shock sensations, frequent urination, thirsty more often, tingling in fingers, hands, head, etc...constipation, diarrhea, mucus without stool when I have a BM, painful periods, cognitive issues (memory problems, forgetting words when talking/replacing them with other words, brain fog, etc...), fatigue, dry red patches of skin on my face, vomiting &dizzy spells (since I was little), rotten egg burps (since I was little), muscle cramps, weakness, shakiness, vertigo one time, depression, anxiety, bipolar, etc...

I do have overly flexible joints and overly stretchy skin. My weirdest symptom was when I was talking to someone monday, I went to say something but I couldn't. I was straining to just get a sound out, but no matter how hard I pused my vocal cords or something, I couldn't even get a squeak out. It was like someone put me on mute. Then I relaxed for about 2 seconds, and I was able to get a sound out. But when I got a sound out, it was high pitched and squeaky/raspy/hoarse. I was literally straining to get a sound out of my mouth.

Then tuesday morning when I woke up, I was trying to open my eyes, but they wouldn't. They were fluttering, trying to open, and I could see a little bit of my room but my eyes were fluttering so I couldn't see anything. It felt like my eye muscles wouldn't work or something. It was so creepy.

I got cut by a manicurist's last may, so I got tested for HIV in december (7 months after it happened) and I got my results on 1/17/08. It came back negative. I'm not on any medicine, I don't have any other conditions, I have not gone through chemo or anything. Do you think the results were wrong? Could something have affected the results? Do you think it would be accurate after 7 months and since I don't take any medcines or anything? Do you think I could have some kind of autoimmune diseases or something like MS? Can autoimmune diseases or other diseases affect HIV test results?

Thanks!
