Could i have hiv, or am i just paranoid?

1) a few days after the incident i got a sore throat that seems to be lingering around with me. still with me today (i think part of its because im looking for it)
2) 9 days after incident i came down with a cold, weak and tired feeling. and no energy that lasted for a bit less then one day.
3) about a week or less i developed white stuff on my tounge ( which seems to kind of scrape off somewhat, and a few bumps on the very back of my tounge) still with me today.
4) abdomen pain that developed 14 days after incident. it felt like a pain you would get after working out, it went away after a day, but there is one spot that is still giving me pain right below my rib cage.
5) no weight loss, headaches, muscle pain, or anything like that.
6) partner says clean, and showed me test showing that
could it all be in my head, could there actually be something wrong with me besides hiv. i guess the only way to know is to go to the doctors. but for hiv i have to wait longer, im so nervous.

by the way i think about it nonstop, and very worried. also, the pain in the abdomen isnt there in the morning, but as the day progresses the pain comes back. well it did yesterday anyway, today so far no pain

If 'the incident' was having sex with a HIV positive junkie whilst sharing his needles, I'd say there's a good chance.

However from all those other facts you've posted, it looks a lot less like HIV and a lot more like paranoia you're suffering from.

You have to get tested to know, but you are not going to develop symptoms that fast. It seems like you have something and the stress of worrying is adding to it. Go see a doctor.

You are very paranoid. force yourself to go get tested because the results will show up negative anyway. Your mind can be your worst enemy.....

Paranoia. But I would get tested.
