Got fired. for substituting drug test? |
Help i was just fired 20 years at job and the drug test came back substituted? I take a lot of medication. heart, blood presure, HIV, happy meds to level me out you name it I take it. so is their anything that can make a drug test come back substituded i was fired for refusal to test is their any thing that could be in medication not detect my creatine in my urin and the sp gr 1.0001 what is that? Help what can turn urin into that I dont have much time I'm being fired for refusal to test. TAKE THE TEST be prepared with medical documentation as to why you are taking said meds and if there are any questions be honest don't hide anything. Concealing any form of drug taking can cause your company to not trust you this can make you appear untrustworthy. Unless you have something to hide, you need to take the test! Your job is at stake not to mention the fact that you have been there for the last 20 years. With the medication, you just bring proof of the medicines you are prescribed and that's your verification. If you take meds that you have ordered over the internet, you just bring the bottle or whatever proof you have that a Dr., of some sort- legally prescribed you what it is you are taking. Now, on the other hand- if you are taking or doing something that is not "legal" then you go to a smoke shop and buy a detoxing drink, maybe pills also and follow the directions to the T. You should be fine as long as this is only a urine test. If they do a hair or saliva test, you wont be able to fix those. Ask to retake the test .... include all your medications .... speak to your doctor as to any substances that might have a negative effect on the analysis ... consult your attorney if the test comes back undesireable to your future employment I cant make sense of your question.... Said that you were tested, yet you say you are being fired for refusal to test.... So, which is it? |
