HIV and HIV testing?

when will be the hiv virous shown in a humen body after the last sexual expotion and when it will be detect in a blood test and which blood test gave a quick result . How accurate the P24 test after one week from the last possible expotion?

People who become infected with HIV may have no symptoms for up to 10 years, but they can still pass the infection to others. After being exposed to the virus, blood tests results change from HIV negative to HIV positive usually within 3 months.
The HIV ELISA/Western blot test may be positive HIV antibodies. If it is negative and you have definite risk factors for HIV infection, you should be retested in 3 months.
Other blood tests can be done to determine how much HIV is in your bloodstream. Blood differential may show abnormalities.
A lower-than-normal CD4 cell count is a sign that the virus is suppressing the immune system.
The p24 antigen test detects the presence of the p24 protein of HIV (also known as CA), a major core protein of the virus. Monoclonal antibodies specific to the p24 protein are mixed with the person's blood. Any p24 protein in the person's blood will stick to the monoclonal antibody and enzyme-linked antibody to the monoclonal antibodies to p24 causes a color change if p24 was present in the sample.
This test is no longer used routinely in the US or the EU to screen blood donations since the objective was to reduce the risk of false negatives in the window period. Nucleic acid testing (NAT) is more effective for this purpose, and p24 antigen testing is no longer indicated if a NAT test is performed. The p24 antigen test is not useful for general diagnostics, as it has very low sensitivity and only works during a certain time period after infection before the body produces antibodies to the p24 protein.

It could take 30 to 90 days for the virus to be detected using the most common forms of testing. It is important to remember that tha is 30 to 90 days from your last possible exposure. Example. If you are tested today but had risky behavior yesterday, the test is not definate because you could have contracted the virus yesterday and it won't show up for 30 to 90 days.

75% of people will seroconvert (create antibodies to HIV, and therefore test HIV antibody positive) 17-20 days after exposure
95% by 8 weeks
99% by 3 months

The other fraction of a percent are people who have a compromised immune system for some other reason (cancer treatment, transplant rejection drugs) and their immune systems are slow to create antibodies. They can take up to 6 months. Virtually all people seroconvert by 6 months post infection
