Hiv and p24 antigen test?

this is for my friend,two days before he went to a prostitute for sex. but he didn't done sex with her she masturbate him.at the same time he wear the condum.by this any chances to get hiv or any other disease. and what was the difference between HIV1 & HIV2 test and P24 antigen test which is most accurate?

the chances od getting hiv like that are very slim.-
hiv 1 and hiv 2 are two different tipes of the hiv virus, but hiv2 is mostly located in africa, and it's not as severe as hiv 1.-
hiv is diagnosis is done like this:
1. first you have to order an elisa test,
2. if that one comes positive you order another one, if it's negative you don't have it.
3. if the second one comes positive or negative you order a western blot test, which the gold standart test to confirm hiv, if western blot finds the p24 antigen AND some at least one of this antigens (p60,p41,p120) you have hiv; but p24 alone or with other virus proteins is not indication of active virus replication.-
