When they std test your blood can they see drugs?

I just got an HIV test the day after I did a lot of drugs. Will they report this to the authorities?

You are in luck this time. When the lab does the several tests for HIV and other STDs, the tests do not screen for other drugs. A screen for other drugs would be more expensive and have to be separately ordered. Besides almost ALL the time, drug tests are done on urine and not on blood.. A human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) test detects antibodies to HIV in the blood. HIV infects white blood cells which are part of the body's immune system that help fight infections.
If you are applying for a job, then routine drug testing may legally be done on your urine. Close shave!

first off, if there testing for STD's they wont check for drugs.
and second, even if they tested for drugs they have to keep that info confidential. the police cant do anything if they randomly find drugs in your system. you can only get in trouble for intoxication or possession.

Only if they also did a drug screen.
