What the heck could this be??

First let me state..I have gone through std/hiv testing and came back negative..I am still in the 3 month window period for hiv and have to have another test in a month though..I had a sore throat and swollen sore glands in my neck but nowhere else on my body where my lymph nodes swollen..I did notice some fever blisters maybe around my mouth but not on it they could've been pimples I don't know..I have some small red scabby bumps on my arms too..I am really concerned and I'm thinking this may be herpes but the test showed negative..I am so confused does anyone know what this could be

I forgot to mention I also had real sore thigh muscles that lasted a day

hmnmmm.... for one, did you go to a doctor who told you have swollen lymph nodes/glands and sore throat? bc usually if they cannot find something wrong.. or the reason to cause u to have the sore throat etc etc.. theyll do like a ct scan.. ct scan is x ray that can see swollen lymph nodes like in the neck arms.. per se..

i have a similiar problem ..was raped by this friend i knew.. he got tested HIV negative..but like 2 months later.. like i got some form of cold or sore throat soemthing weird that still is here with me today.. plus i had a negative hiv test at 2 months.. so i went to the doctor and asked if my glands /lymph nodes were swollen..they did not see nor feel any swollen lymph nodes and did not see anything abnormal in my blood work alone.. so they gave me a ct scan x ray and did not see any enlarged lymph nodes! so i asked..wut is the possibility of a HIV... well he said, if HIV was causing me the cough sore throat like a flu/cold .. my lymph nodes would eb swollen.. but they werent based on the xray/ct scan.. its now 3 months i took my hiv test and havent heard from my doctor since who usually has ppl to call me when soemthin is wrong or abnormal.. but they havent called.. so that may be a good sign!

so in otha words.. i really dont think HIV has a cause of symptoms.. they say its ARS and usually if u had went thru that period of ARS which is like HIV "symptoms".. u will then test positive after the fact..

so imma give it a few days to find out my 3 months test results although i still have this weird cough/sore throat..THOUGH i never had a fever this whoel month, no swollen lymph nodes to say im fightin a cold, no off the chart blood work.. so if i test negative.. I will proudly say that HIV really does not have symptoms and thas why so many ppl do not know they have it unless they go get tested for HIV whether they have symptoms or not..
