HIV question???

So I had a steady relationship with my ex. Last time we had intercourse was in early May in 07. I got tested with Orasure in early September 12, 07, but noticed that the expiration date was marked Sept/12/07. The day I got tested!! It was negative, but I am wondering if the test result is accurate. Starting in January of 08, I keep getting strep throats and various other sore throat related problems. Could this be due to HIV? Do you think the test result is invalid??

Did you have oral sex? It could be herpes. Go to a clinic and have some test done for HIV and all STDs
