What are the chances of getting HIV?

Im asking this for my friend
she had oral sex with a guy she doesnt even know and he didnt ejaculate in her mouth she had no cuts or open sores in her mouth and the whole time she didnt swallow anything

now shes scared she might have gotten HIV or another STD
shes getting tested but wants to know her chances of getting the virus with the information she gave me

thanks!
(God this is embarassing to my contacts)

HIV....practically no chance. "Other" STDs slightly better chance. No mention of noticing of open sores or what-not on the guy, no cuts, no blood, not much "body fluid" exchange, these would up the potential, but overall I'd say "low."

Here are the Statistic
United States:

An estimated one million people are currently living with HIV in the United States, with approximately 40,000 new infections occurring each year.
70 percent of these new infections occur in men and 30 percent occur in women.
By race, 54 percent of the new infections in the United States occur among African Americans, and 64 percent of the new infections in women occur in African American women.
75 percent of the new infections in women are heterosexually transmitted.
Half of all new infections in the United States occur in people 25 years of age or younger.

No one can tell you your chances only the statistics only a blood test can give your friend her answer.
