Probably not... while HIV can be spread through saliva, a person would have to drink the equivalent of gallons to contract it. Because she is a prostitute giving uncovered BJs its a possibility she has SOMETHING. HIV can take months to show up. But I'm thinking the chance of you contracting HIV is very minimal (if she even had it to begin with). IF she had an open wound that was NOT bleeding, it would increase HER chances of contracting more than speading. You don't get HIV from saliva, so receiving oral sex is fairly safe. You can however catch other std's like syphillis if she has a lesion in her mouth, so might be worth getting checked, especially since she would be obviously servicing a lot of sex partners.
If you receive the services from a prostitute, you are better to use a condom for all sex (including oral) to be safe.
