Can you have unprotected sex wit someone who has full blown aids and not catch it?

my homegurl frist love had aids he was born with it. she told me they had unprotected sex numbers of times so i asked her if she had aids she said no that she asked doctors and they toldnher it was ok and they could even have kids together and she wont catch it. she told me she went to the doctor and had a hiv test and she was good but however i knoe that aids can hide in your blood for ten years with out been seen.

it is a lot easier for women to contract Aids than men, because of the exchange of bodily fluids, but i think if your a girl and are inseminated by someone with aids, your chances of getting it are high

yes you can..There are lots of variables..If someone knows they have hiv/aids and is on medication for it than they are less likely to pass it on..I'm not saying it's not possible but it's not a "common" virus like people think..It's not passed on with ever encounter..There are tons of cases of people who's gf or bf found out they have hiv and the other person didn't catch it..But just be careful it's also possible to get it from just one time..Oh and the majority of people test positive within the 1st month..It's so very rare that someone would even take 6 months to show let alone 10 years..
