while on vacation, Nat engages in unprotected sex with several women!! an HIV test is negative. Nat should

A. actively avoid any situation that might result in a bacterial infection

B. be aware that he has compromised his immune system

C. have a second test within six months

D. notify all previous bitchez in his home town

C - HIV isn't always picked up on the first test. Nat should also learn his lesson and only have protected sex from now on.

You can't avoid, nor do you need to, all situations that could result in a bacterial infection.
Even if Nat has been infected, it usually takes years before the immune system begins to decline due to virus replication.
Definately get a second test in six months.
No sex (except with yourself) until the second HIV test comes back negative.
Referring to women as bitches tells me a lot about Nat, and makes me wonder if he has the brains to avoid high risk sex in the future.

Quit playin'!!! It's so very rare for a man to contract HIV from a woman... but (no pun intended here) it is highly transmitted by the male partner!!! So, when having multiple partners of whom you have no background on, it would be of great benefit to you not to be under the influence which reduces you inhibitions and makes you less able to distinguish the gender of your random partner, and may place you at risk for infection from a male partner.

definitely C an HIV test can sometimes have a false negative so anyone should always get a second test in 6 months
