DO I HAVE HIV!!?? ** ONLY for people with HIV or AIDS or knows about it VERY well**?

I have had many symptoms of it, I have a very sore and irritated vagina, a lot of discarge, which i'm guessing is a yeast infection. I have had a lot of little bumps on my mouth, and a sore bump on the side of my tounge. I have had unusual bumps on my body, some goosebump-like (sometimes itch), others mosqito bite-like. And I have had raised skin, they resemble ridges, show up on my thighs, but go away after about 10 minutes. I just weighed myself and i'm usually 112 now i'm 111. And i never ever lose weight, so this is really scary. It could be i'm stressing and not eating right,or it could be HIV. About last week I had a very little sore throat but nothing major, it went away after about 5 minutes. And i've been having a lot of broken skin on my legs, and dry spots all over my body. This is Johns Hopkins University website and very good on the subject. I am sure the waiting is terrible, but congratulate yourself, you have done the right thing, and got yourself tested. You sound more like you have a deficiency of some sort, are you eating good healthy meals? Sounds more like Eczema, than HIV

Do you know if you had sexual contact with anyone who has HIV or AIDS? It does sound like you have an STD, maybe herpes. I am sure that it is very hard to wait, but it is good that you got tested. You should have seen your doctor the first time you noticed anything wrong. Also, just a thought, but have you ever had the chicken pox? Adults who contract the disease get it much worse than children.

A one pound loss is really nothing to be concerned about, but at the least it does sound as if you may have herpes. If I were you, I would get a full round of all std testing, you have to ask for both herpes tests in order to get them. I hate to ask, but do you have unprotected sex? You will have to find every person you have had sex with in the past year and tell them what is going on. Also, if you continue to have unprotected sex, you can be arrested on criminal charges, up to and including attempted murder!!!!! I do not, nor have I ever had an std, but I do my research, a girl has to protect herself! For the sake of your body, (not to mention those whom you come in contact with!) use protection--- no matter what the test results are!

I will get bashed, but here is a personal opinion:
I do not have any sympathy for any person that has unprotected sex, IMO you ask for pregnancy and nasty diseases by not protecting yourself!!!!

You cannot diagnose HIV because 1) you are not a medical doctor 2) The symptoms that you described mean nothing.

The only and only way to know if you have HIV is to get tested. For the result of the test to be conclusive, you will have to wait 3 months after a possible unprotected sexual activity. Remember, HIV is hard to catch. Do not rely on symptoms. I am sure if your test comes back negative, all the symptoms will be gone in 1 sec.
