how long before a person who is infected wih and std can infect someone else? You can spread an STD as soon as you contract it. you can spread it as soon as you get it, and HIV and some other STDs can take up to 6 months before you get a positive result my guess is 4 weeks, if u go have sex w someone with a std and 2 hours later go have sex w someone else then thay will catch it right then and there baby 2 days so u betta be mountin them ladies right away |
