Do standard STD tests include a test for HIV?

Earlier this year i found a growth on my penis, whcih turned out to be foliculitus , but being paranoid, i had it checked out. they took a sample of blood and told me that i didnt have any STDs which would cause a lump there. does this include HIV, and if not, would the tests done for other STDs (including hepatitis) show HIV if it was there?

I had unprotected anal sex (recieving) 5 years ago with a guy who said he hadnt had sex before so couldnt possibly have HIV. Again, being paranoid i would like to knw for sure. Im in the UK.

I am not sure about the UK. I know in the US, you have to sign a consent form to have an HIV test done.
