Should I be worried I might have hiv? |
A little over two months ago I had sexual intercourse with a female who possibly had hiv. I only received oral sex and made out with her. Two weeks later I tested negative for hiv. Then after two months I tested negative again. Its been only a week or so after that test and now I have problems crapping. I first was constipated and now I think Im getting diarrea. If this isnt a sign of hiv what other virus could this be? What should I do to treat this problem? you should not worry about this you are having these symptoms because you heard she had hiv no you do not have it The risk of contracting HIV sexually, especially through oral sex is not as high as you might think. You were very responsible in getting yourself checked out. The fact that you have had 2 NEGATIVE tests is excellent news and shows you are without the virus, as im sure your doctor has told you. If you tested negative all the times you have tested for HIV i am sure you are fine. You could being be having diarrhea/ other stomach issues because your are worrying / stressing about whether you have HIV or not (that is one of the main reasons why people have those problems). You could always have a stomach bug. If you are really nervous about this or the symptoms persist you should go to the doctor. You did not have sexual intercourse. What you had was fellatio and kissing. Learn the difference. HIV is NOT an acute onset disease. It can take up to seven years for symptoms to occur. Stress or a stomach virus could be causing your symptoms. If the problem continues, see a doctor. |
