What could these symptoms mean?

Hey people,

since the end of December 2008, I've had the following symptoms, and I don't know what they are:

If feel a bit of pain in my groin area (where the lymph nodes are supposed to be) and my armpits. But I cannot feel any swelling there. It's a mild pain, but enough for me to notice it.

On the left side of my neck (under the jaw) i feel a swollen node when I put my fingers there, but I feel no pain

the last 3 days I'm having pain when swallowing. The pain is only on the right side.

A few weeks ago i suffered from night sweats 5 night in a row.

In the mornings i feel ofter feverish

On my chest i see more pink spots. I thought they were acne papules, but I'm not so sure right now. Sometimes I have a lot, sometimes just 1 or 2.

Every now and then I get itchy, especially my legs, but yesterday my chest was killing me because of the itch.

Randomly I feel pain in my arms and legs, which last like maybe 5 seconds, but every time the spot is different.

Especialy the lymph node thing. The pain in my groin and armpit area i had some weeks ago, and now I have it again.

The last two things I notice are blood when going to the toliet (no blood in my pee, but it comes with the brown stuff), and I have felt very irritating pain in my shoulders, especially the joints.

When I first started getting symptoms I thought I contacted HIV. But did a test 12 weeks after my last unsafe encounter and it was negative, so I'm ruling that one out.

Reason I'm asking this is because the symptoms keep repeating. This is the 2nd time I feel pain in my groin and armpit areas, but no swollen lymph nodes.

I've never had that many symptoms in just a month and a half, and that's why I have a feeling something's not right.

Does anyone of you know what this might be?

You definitely have an infection. All of this sounds like glandular fever, the swollen nodes, fever, rash, joint pain etc. Don't know about the bleeding though, it's possible, and there are further complications that can occur.
You should definitely visit your doctor for a blood test, this can be quickly diagnosed.

Have your thyroid checked. A lot of these are signs your thyroid is not right but some sound like it could be something else.your thyroid hormones effect your body all over and by checking it you could find another problem.

Some of the symptoms sound like Glandular fever, but then others indicate another issue- with this many symptoms it's best to seek advice from your Doctor.
