I'm so scared! I have cervical erosion with a pimple size bump near the cervix...HELP!?

Can someone tell me if they had the same thing happen to them...I am scared....very scared as it could be a wart.

I felt myself downthere and it feels like my cervix is outward....a cervical erosion....it feels smooth round and firm. Aside from that I have a small pimple size bump near the cervix...and its kinda hard. Does that mean its a wart? I am scared. I would rather have a cyst, then genital warts.

I talked my my boyfriend, and he said hes never had anything warts before, and has only had unprotected sex with one girl...which was his ex....and apparantly she seemed to be fine...no warts. They were together for about a year and 8 months.

I mean some people dont get symptoms for genital warts, but i figure after a year...if a girl is infected with warts they would show up. Or am I wrong?

I keep making research on the internet as of what it could be, and I keep freaking out. Do little pimple bumps always mean WARTS???? I mean its firm....so does that mean it a wart??? :S I feel like crying.

I made my boyfriend get tested for HIV, herpes, and syphilis, all negative....but he didnt gettested for genital warts because I initially didnt think it was a wart. I booked an appointment for a check up, and its next week, and I am seriously going nuts. Can someone please tell me what it could possibly be? Thank you in advance.

Not necessarily, you can get little bumps that come and go, they're just blocked glands and not dangerous
I've had colposcopy treatment and the doctor explained it to me.
Cervical erosion is also not dangerous, it just means that some of the cells that should be inside the opening are growing outside, it's quite common and nothing to worry about
But - do the best thing and go to see your doctor. At the very least it'll put your mind at rest.

It might just be a polyp - but go to your G.P. or ask to see the nurse and they can set your mind at rest.
