Doubt about HIV risk?

I got myself tested for HIV It came negative. Now I have a needle that was used. It was a vacutainer system needle. I have a doubt if it could be a re-used one as I was away to fill papers for the test. When I came back the technician took a needle out of the needle holder but I did nt see the seal being broken. I asked him but he said not to worry it was fresh n disposable.I was anxious about the test so did not question him more but the nagging doubts never left me. Can a single disposable vacutainer needle be use for a second time to draw blood? Is it technically possible?

Second doubt: I had gone to a few labs for various tests .When I returned home eithin 10 minutes, I forgot to wash my hands and touched my eyes and also checked my nose which was bleeding a bit. I freaked out.Could I somehow have HIV on my hand from the lab that got mixed in the blood.
I also masturbated wearing the same clothes. Is there any way HIV transfer can take place as we never knowstatus of people sitting around us in hospitals. I had touched a few surfaces there.
What are my risks?

You're completely fine, don't worry. There is no way in hell you could have contracted the virus doing any of those things. And trust me, medical professionals would never re-use a needle.

First of all, you shouldn't be masturbating. You can go blind doing that. In addition, you are relieving yourself by a solo on a private organ. You should relieve yourself with a man, and then he would also be relieved.

your risks are less than 0.03%, even if you had used a needle used by a seropositive person. Hence, just relax. You may check your serum after one month again and six months from now just to be sure.

you are unnecessarily worried please relax and do not be tense you will have no inbfection there is no way you can contact the virus

First of all the disposable needles are one use only, second even IF you came into contact with any of the virus while in the hospital, it would be dead as the virus cannot live outside of the body for more than a few seconds at best. So unless you had a cut on your hand and placed it into a fresh blood spill, and happened to have been able to get some of that blood into your system, which is unlikely, and it was infected with HIV, you would not have contracted the virus through this means of transmission. You might have gotten a cold or the flu, but not HIV. Next time you have questions, rather than stressing about it, learn the facts about transmission, the CDC website is a great source of this information.
