If you were tested for regular blood work such as your sodium,potassium and stuff like that, if you had HIV, would the test come back somewhat abnormal? or not? doing research for a paper No. The only way to find out if you have HIV is to get an HIV test. Legally, HIV testing can not be done without the written consent of the person being tested, so it is not automatically included in routine blood testing. No because they doing a different test not a HIV test |
