Can you test positive for Hiv but be told your negative?

Allright this is the thing. I feel like I have been exposed to it because of this girl I use to mess with. She never wanted to get tested. Since then I have messed with 6 girls. I wouldnt be able to forgive myself if I found I gave anything to them. The reason why I think they wouldnt tell me if I was positive is because I was on the news 2 years ago for being caught masturbating at work. The thing is I masturbated outside of the bathroom instead of in. I was on all kinds of drugs and I guess it was the thrill of getting caught. Everyone saw this on the news,my family,my friends and people I dont know. People have tried to kill me several times and no one seems to care. What I did was crazy but I dont deserve to die. This is why I dont think they would tell me where i got tested. I have seen more than most have in a lifetime,in 5 years. I could have done so many good things. it's too late now though. Please be honest when answering this question. I really dont know what to do.

The only way you could test negative but still be positive is if you are recently exposed to the virus which is why you test once and then have a follow up test in six months. No health official would ever lie to you about your results no matter what you have done. Also in the US you are reported to the Health board in your state and they follow up on you.

I heard that for a man to catch HIV it is very low from a woman through vaginal intercourse...but anyway if you still have doubts try driving over an hour away to a different clinic....just so you can have peace of mind

yes, if the doctor who diagnose you is your husband, your father or brother then my answer is yes! because Im sure if Im related to you I will exhaust all my energy and efforts to find a cure before you loose your willpower faith and hopes. you know all the doctors pledge their life to save lives and find a cure. you know sometimes disgressions its hard to balance esp. if your a doctor and its your loved ones, or even patients you specialized in, its your lifes work, and all the time you witness things that are hard even for a professional doctor, facts are hard you see, the feeling is inexplainable. their not insensitive you see. and its hard to lie to, but for their sake, youll do what you could. kagat labi na lang!!!

they would tell you so you didn't give it to anyone else! you sound like you have mental problems really I'm not trying to be mean .you say you've slept with 6 people and wouldn't be able to forgive yourself if you gave them anything? Who do you think your fooling? you want someone in your shoes. grow up!

Dude...get 2nd opinion from another MD or Clinic, get re-tested. Good luck :O)
